Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fuel, we strive to provide excellent food and service. This policy explains how we handle cancellations, refunds, and credits.
1. Online Orders
- All sales are final once prepared or delivered.
- If an error occurs with your order, please contact us immediately at (573) 204-3590. We may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
2. Catering Orders
- A deposit of an agreed amount may be required to confirm catering.
- Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may result in a partial or no refund, depending on preparation costs incurred.
3. Events & Reservations (if applicable)
- Deposits for private dining or special events may be non-refundable unless canceled 30 days in advance.
4. Gift Cards
- Gift card sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
